SpongeBob SquarePants' version of ‘Ripped Pants’ song is comparable to the Beach Boys' smash hit single that also featured in an episode of Gilmore Girls and parodied by heavy metal and Twisted Sister's song 'Be Crool To Your Scuel'.

'Be True to Your School' was composed by the frontman Brian Wilson and founding member Mike Love. Honestly, I can't really bear this song, because I’ve attended learning institutes that are not worth being true to the students, so I am pretty unkind to my alma mater. I can’t even consider my high school experience as one of the best times of my life! But still, the song was quite likable because it’s a Beach Boys song, if any ill-famed band will perform this, I will never take time to heed! :P
